The Conqueror's Palace on Tarth
Rumor has it the Conqueror has stone from the palace where her heart should be. Those who work closely with Rheyn Destoiya see another side. She provides for several children's homes out of her abundant personal wealth, but this is not something she permits the press to mention. She also donates extravagantly to the many cultural aspects of the empire, such as art, stadiums, and concert facilities. Destoiya generously donates to several artists in all media, and it is true that she has invited some into her stable of pleasure slaves to offer them protection.
The protection system of the palace on Tarth is state of the art. The old portion of the citadel is approximately 790 years old (tradestandard). She has developed it extensively, and lives there whenever Parliament is in session. The changing of the Praetorian Guard takes place every four hours and has done so without fail since Birit 25, 4645, the day she began her reign.
Her mansion on Ezraki is where she holds the annual Governor's Review. Every governor of every world in the Tarthian Empire brings petitions and requests for redress. During the final day, she accepts petitioners who are former military personnel only. It is one tenth the size of the palace on Tarth.
